When your goods are stored with us we prepare your goods by placing all of your fabric items in plastic covers, wrapping furniture and white goods in removal blankets, whole a stuffed inventory and condition report then professionally fill your goods into one of our containers. The container is then stored at our secure premises until delivery is required. As we don’t subcontract to other companies, we are committed to providing a service on dates that fit into your schedule, not ours. Storing in containers eliminates the need to empty into a warehouse or self storage unit. All containers are purchased brand new and are setup specifically for the storage of furniture. Our clients furniture and effects are loaded into the container they are to be stored in at their residence. Only one consignment is stored per container and our clients only pay for the volume used, not the entire container. There is no unloading into a warehouse where goods are stored without care and more often than not with other customers goods. Not only can this increase the chances of goods being mixed up but the unloading and reloading required increases both the chance of items getting damaged and due to extra resources required, the removal price and handling fees can dramatically increase. All of our branches also give module storage for our clients who require their goods to be stored long term. Security is a very urgent segment of protecting our clients possessions and we receive many precautions to ensure goods stay safe. All containers are stored with the doors of the container stacked against the doors of another container. We present insurance on stored furniture and effects to give additional peace of mind. We will require an Insurance Declaration to be completed. We will then provide you with a Certificate of Insurance.
